She leverages on her over 19 years of professional experience from Performance Management, Talent Management, Professional Coaching, Organizational Design, Change Management, Training and Development, Recruitment and Strategic Business Partnering whilst working as HR Business Partner and HR Executive in the Banking industry.

She has in recent times provided Recruitment services and Leadership Strengths Profiling and Coaching programs for major Banking institutions in Ghana. She also organized Performance Development training as well as Talent/Strengths Training/seminars for various teams within institutions such as Absa Bank, CBG, UMB Bank Ltd, GCB Bank Ltd, First Atlantic, Arthur Energy Advisors, MTN Women in Technology and many more. She is currently running Leadership Strengths Profiling and Coaching Program for all Middle level Management of Consolidated Bank Ghana (CBG) Ltd.

She initiated various strengths-based transformational programs that brought about cultural changes with mindset shift and transformed under-performing teams to high-performing ones.
